1) In-game method
The in-game method is a five-step process that uses the application settings, available in the game. The steps will be more or less the same for all devices and accounts.
Step 1: Open the game and select the Hamburger icon, which can be found in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Select the 'Settings' icon.
Step 3: Select the 'Manage Account' button present at the bottom of the menu.
Step 4: On the pop-up that appears, disconnect the platform (Facebook, Apple, or Google) that has been linked.
The account that has been used to play Monopoly Go (In this case, Facebook) will have 'Disconnect' written next to it.
Step 5: Confirm you want to disconnect the account by clicking the green Disconnect button.
Once all of the five steps have been completed, you will be logged out of Monopoly Go. The game will then restart and ask you for your account details to log in.
2) Through Device settings
The second method to disconnect an account is via the device's settings. The idea is to clear app data so it resets and has no account logged in. Before clearing the app data, make sure an account is connected. The user interfaces of devices will differ slightly, but the general steps are as follows:
Go to Settings > Manage Apps > Monopoly Go > Clear Data > Clear all Data.
Another possible way to achieve the same result is to uninstall the app and reinstall it.
