A Snake in the Garden can be found within the Apostolic Palace in the Vatican City: you will also find the House of God puzzle here. Go inside the palace, take out the guards, and climb the stairs until you reach Father Ventura's office. On his desk is a note titled Turn the Bookcase. This note is key to solving the puzzle.

Flip the note over to find a list of four names paired with symbols. The note instructs you to pull the books in alphabetical order based on their authors.
