Solving the Sacred Wounds puzzle in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle
Once you reach the quest area while exploring the Underworld, head through the main door to find a mural of Jesus Christ, with five levers around his body. The levers are numbered between 1 and 4 in Roman numerals, which are represented as I being 1, II being 2, III being 3, and IV being 4.
To start, pour wine into the large dish in front of you. Now, you will have to put each lever in the correct position. Look around you to find two murals on either side of the main mural, and two rooms housing one mural each on either end of the main room. The fifth and final mural can be accessed via a small hallway in the left room.
Head to the different murals one by one, and when prompted, pour wine into the dish in front of them. Doing this will reveal a Roman numeral in the dish below the respective mural. Remember to capture all the murals with your camera since it will reveal the name and significance of each mural.

Below are the different murals and their respective numerals. If you simply wish to know the numbers, they can be found below the five images.
Holy Chalice (Left Hand)
This mural is found to the left of the main mural. Pick up and move the bust blocking the dish to pour the wine. The number here is II.
Walking on Water (Right Foot)
This mural is found to the right of the main mural. The number here is III.
Anointment of Jesus (Left Foot)
This mural is found in the room to the right, which can be accessed by shimmying through a small gap in the wall. Use the chain near the door to open it and return to the main room. The number here is IV.
Body of Christ (Right Hand)
This is found in the room to the left of the main mural. Once inside, the doorway will be closed. Follow the steps mentioned below to head back outside, and then use the chain near the door to open it if you need to get back inside again. The number here is II.
Spear of Longinus (Wound/Side)
This mural can be accessed via the hallway to the room on the left. Use the nearby weapon on the weak wall to find your way back to the main room. The number here is III.
Once each mural has been visited, their respective numbers are as follows:
- Left Foot: IV
- Right Foot: III
- Right Hand: II
- Left Hand: II
- Side/Wound: III
Now, head back to the main mural and position each lever in the correct slot. The wound lever will be in the center, with the others near their respective body part. Moreover, when facing the main mural, the foot levers must be entered as III for the left lever and IV for the right lever.
Once done correctly, the levers will disappear and the wall will open up, revealing a path to proceed further. This also signifies the end of the quest.
