Third-person in Manor Lords, a medieval city-building game developed by Slavic Magic and published by Hooded Horse, is a perspective that gives you a direct view of your controlled character (as their body is visible on the screen) and the action in your in-game settlement. You will be able to see your character walking on the roads or standing beside their army.
This article takes a look at how you can switch to third-person in Manor Lords.

You can enter third-person in Manor Lords at any moment, even after starting a new game.
All you need to do is click on the button with an eye icon next to your avatar's portrait in the upper-right corner of the screen. Upon doing so, you will be thrown into the world as a generic nobleman, free to roam and explore your surroundings.
The third-person perspective in Manor Lords, or Visit Mode, makes you realize how intricate the game actually is. The title is a visually stunning release, where walking from one settlement to the next, using a scenic route that crosses hills and rivers, is very relaxing.
There's not much else you can do in Visit Mode at the moment since, as of Early Access, you can only control a generic character rather than one who resembles your portrait.
For the time being, players can focus on expanding their settlement as much as possible. They can look into raising their influence, gaining some wealth, and increasing the lands under their claim.
