The perfect assist has a few combos and is not as straightforward as the perfect dodge in Zenless Zone Zero. It is one of the two abilities that allows you to evade enemy attacks, but while dodging is defensive, the perfect assist allows you to go on offense.

Triggering the perfect assist in Zenless Zone Zero is quite easy. Hit the Switch button when enemy attacks have a golden/orange color. These are the buttons for Switch based on your device:

• Spacebar on Keyboard
• RB on PlayStation controller
• The Infinity sign at the right button corner of your screen on mobile devices.

Triggering a perfect assist will swap your character and deal a heavy blow to the enemy, parrying their attacks. It will also fill up the Daze Meter, allowing you to stun enemies.
