The dailies in Zenless Zone Zero are an essential gameplay loop that draws you to log into the game periodically. It is similar to the commission system in Genshin Impact, where your character is assigned a bunch of tasks, and completing them rewards in-game currency, experience points, and more. Hence, unlocking this feature should be on the itinerary, as it serves as a sustainable source of resources.
It might take you a few hours to access dailies in Zenless Zone Zero, but the process isn't complex. Wrap up a few quests from Chapter 1 to get your own set of Errands; so, story progression is the key. This guide further outlines the required steps and explores the reward details.

Dailies or Errands in Zenless Zone Zero become available the moment you unlock the Hollow Investigative Association (HIA) Club and Combat Simulations. This incident should occur around Inter-Knot level 10, which can be achieved mostly via story progression. This will take a while since you have to go through a few successive quests.
To be precise, complete the Explosive Last Train mission, featuring Nekomata. Once done, return to the main hub to receive a text message from Tin Master asking for assistance. Helping the NPC will unlock the Coff Cafe in ZZZ.
Around the same time, you also interact with the Promoter from HIA. Accept her invitation to the club to get access to the location on the map and unlock the Errands in the Compendium tab. Completing the Errands will generate Heat, which can be exchanged for daily rewards.
Something to keep in mind is that the dailies in ZZZ strictly reset at 4 am, server time. Make sure to complete the Errands regularly, or else you will miss out on the Inter-Knot Credit and Polychromes.
