How to unlock Fallacy of No Return in Wuthering Waves

The Fallacy of No Return in Wuthering Waves is a new world boss. It is located in the Data Torrent of the Black Shores and cannot be easily accessed without unlocking the new map. However, Rovers may wish to unlock it quickly, especially those who wish to pull The Shorekeeper, since the Fallacy of No Return drops a new Echo and character level-up materials.

As mentioned, the Fallacy of No Return is a new world boss in the Data Torrent sub-area of the Black Shores' Tethys' Deep map. The boss can only be accessed after completing Chapter I Act VIII of the main storyline. Furthermore, during the quest, you can unlock a Resonance Beacon that you can later fast-travel to the Fallacy of No Return's location.

Defeating the Fallacy of No Return has a chance of dropping a Cost 4 Echo with the Rejuvenating Glow Sonata Effect. In addition, the Echo has the following effect:

• Summon a fraction of the Fallacy of No Return's power and deal a blast to the surrounding area, inflicting Spectro DMG equal to 15.86% of max HP, after which the Resonator gains 10% bonus Energy Regen and all team members 10% bonus ATK for 20s.
• Hold Echo Skill to unleash a series of flurry assaults at the cost of stamina, each dealing Spectro DMG equal to 1.58% of max HP; Release to end the assail in a powerful blow, dealing Spectro DMG equal to 19.82% of max HP.
• Skill cooldown: 20s

Additionally, the Fallacy of No Return drops a level-up material called Topological Confinement. As of this writing, only The Shorekeeper needs it as an ascension material. However, Kuro Games could add more characters who will require it later in the game.
