Each Payphone acts as a fast travel point in Stellar Blade thus allowing you to move from one point to another instantly. But the Payphone can only enable you to reach a certain point of interest in an area where you want to go.
They have to select from a list of areas while accessing the Payphones to see where they want to fast travel in the game. Also, it's important to know that Payphones in different locations can only provide intra-region fast travel.
