You can follow these steps to unlock Heavenly Strike mythic technique in Ghost of Tsushima:

Step 1: Find the musician in Komatsu near River Falls Bridge

Once you start the Heavenly Strike Mythic Tale, you must find a musician named Yamato in Komatsu. You can locate him near the Golden Temple at River Falls Bridge. A lot of dead bodies will surround him.

Upon asking him about the grim fate of the deceased, Yamato will tell you about a fearsome warrior called Yasuhira Koga. He slaughtered all the people in search of the Heavenly Strike mythic technique.

Step 2: Find the bridge and talk to the weeping woman

The next step in your quest to unlock the Heavenly Strike mythic technique in Ghost of Tsushima is locating the bridge mentioned by the musician. You will find a weeping woman underneath it.

You will also come across a horse track on the other side which will lead you to a nearby Mongol camp.

Step 3: Follow Yasuhira's horse track

Following the horse tracks will lead you to an ongoing roadblock construction at a Mongol Camp. Defeat all the Mongol soldiers in the camp and ask about Koga. This will give you your next objective to unlock the Heavenly Strike mythic technique in Ghost of Tsushima.

Step 4: Find and search Yasuhira's Watchtower

After you defeat the Mongol soldiers, make your way to the rear of the camp where you will find Yasuhira's camp. Upon inspecting the tower, you will find some white leaves on a tattered table. Right beside this, you will find the Mongol version of Shigenori's tale.

Then leave the watchtower and speak with the woman you met under the bridge. She will be waiting outside the tower for you. She will tell you about trees with white leaves similar to the ones you found inside the tower.

Step 5: Find the White-leafed Tree and travel to the white tree grove to rescue the hostage

Call your horse and make your way to the west of the Mongol camp. You will come across the Plum Blossom Shrine. Keep heading west along the track till you come across a narrow path on the right. Squeeze yourself through the opening and you find a bunch of white-leafed trees to the left.

You will come across a small group of huts with someone being tortured inside. There will be Mongol soldiers too. Fight and defeat them to rescue the hostage inside. The hostage will tell you more things that will help you unlock Heavenly Strike mythic technique in Ghost of Tsushima.

Step 6: Find and travel to Shigenori's Rest

Call your horse and make your way through the Fox Den. You will come across a bunch of Mongol soldiers. Ignore them and stay true to Shigenori's Rest. Once you reach the location, take a stealthy approach and eliminate the Mongol soldiers inside the Rest. You will eventually come across Yasuhira Koga.

After defeating the Mongol soldiers you will meet Yasuhira. Fight him and defeat him to complete this side quest. Once you kill this tyrant, you will unlock Heavenly Strike mythic technique in Ghost of Tsushima.
