To unlock the Masked Dancer Archetype, you will need to reach Bond Rank 1 with Junah. Once you reach this rank, you'll be able to study and unlock the Masked Dancer by spending 8,250 MAG. In order to unlock the Rank 1 bond with Junah, you will need to complete the "Save the Mourning Snakes" quest in Metaphor ReFantazio.

How to complete the "Save the Mourning Snakes" quest in Metaphor ReFantazio

When you gain access to Virga Island, locate Junah near More's Phantom and speak with her to initiate the "Save the Mourning Snakes" quest. The quest objective is to defeat a monster desecrating the Orbwise Path. If you complete the quest, you will also receive a boost to your Imagination stat.

The Orbwise Path on Virga Island is a relatively small dungeon where you will find the Kokasadors boss at the end.

For this battle, use the following party composition:

• Protagonist as a Wizard
• Strohl as a Commander/Sniper
• Junah as the Masked Dancer
• Hulkenberg as a Magic Knight

The Kokasadors is a level 42 boss with weaknesses to Physical Pierce and Fire damage. Its attacks include Mamudodyne (Dark) and Blizzaton (Ice), so avoid party members with vulnerabilities to these elements. Use Strohl's Commander Marakukaja Synthesis Skill to increase all allies' Defense for three turns. Use Junah's Fire Synthesis attacks to deal heavy damage, potentially taking out half of the boss's health within a few turns.

Once you have defeated Kokasadors and completed the quest, Junah will join as a Follower, unlocking the Masked Dancer Archetype. You will now have access to Junah's skills, including Hero Passives and unique Synthesis skills tied to the Masked Dancer.
