The feature gets unlocked after progressing a bit into the main narrative and requires you to stack movies based on popular demand. The Video Store in Zenless Zone Zero gets automatically unlocked during the Prologue: Intermission quest. This quest begins immediately after completing the preceding one, called Prologue: Business x Strangeness x Justness.

During the Prologue: Intermission quest, first visit the following NPCs to collect different videos in ZZZ:

• Asha at the Arcade
• Tin Master at Coff Coffee
• Bangboos at the Convenience Store

After obtaining the items, continue the quest till you return to the Random Play shop in ZZZ. Here, you will encounter another NPC, called Heddy. Engaging in a dialogue with her will eventually unlock the Video Store section of the shop and allow you to earn from it.

• Invasion Next Gen: Action
• Nihility: Retro

More movies will be unlocked as you upgrade the Video Store's level.

You can often find customers browsing in the store. Interact with them and recommend a movie based on their preferred genre for additional Dennies.

Moreover, you can also employ different Promoters to manage the Video Store in ZZZ. At first, you can only use Bangboo 18 for this task. However, as you progress in the game, more Promoters will be unlocked.

You can easily upgrade the level of the Random Play Video Store by completing certain objectives, which include upgrading your Inter-Knot level, progressing in the main storyline, and completing customer missions inside the store.
