1) Hammer of Heroes

One of the best ways to upgrade Heroes in Clash of Clans is via Hammer of Heroes. These magic items instantly upgrade the same and don't require any resources. However, purchasing these items costs a serious amount of Gems or League Medals. You can buy them from the in-game Shop's League Shop section.

2) Seasonal reward track

If you can't purchase the Hammer of Heroes, I'd recommend finishing the seasonal reward track first and then putting all Heroes on upgrade. Finishing the track yields magic items like Book of Heroes and Builder Potion. The former instantly upgrades a Hero and costs the required amount, while the latter boosts Builders to work 10 times faster.

It's impossible to upgrade all Heroes at once using Clash of Clans currencies due to the limited Builder Huts and storage space.
