The process seems fairly simple and has only a handful of prerequisites, which shouldn't be much of a hassle if you've already played the game on PS4 and haven't deleted the saves.

Do note that there's a mod on Nexusmods that allows you to grab a New Game++ ready save, which comes with all the upgrades, weapons, and skills unlocked. However, if you want to use your save file from the game's PS4 version, you need to do more than just simply download a mod.

Here are the steps to get your PS4 save on the PC version of Ghost of Tsushima:

Get your PS4 save using a USB drive

• The first thing you need to do is to get your PS4 save file for the game to your PC. For this, you can use a USB drive. Insert the USB drive into the console and copy your save from your PS4 to it.
• To copy your save to a USB drive, simply head to Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage > Copy to USB Storage Device.

Decrypt the PS4 save
