1	Borgia Tower Medicine	A Nun in Trouble fieldwork	After completing Nun in Trouble, you’ll receive Guiliana's Key. Get down from the tower until you find a gap that requires swinging across with your whip. Unlock the door ahead, proceed forward, and turn right around the corner to locate the bottle.
2	Post Office Alley Medicine	None	Behind the Vatican Post Office, in a backstreet patrolled by a Blackshirt and a guard dog. At the end of the street, above a cellar entrance, there’s a bench with the medicine bottle.
3	Via Di Belvedere Medicine	None	On the main street from Belvedere Courtyard to the Vatican Post Office. Turn right by the large, initially sealed door to find a dead-end alley. The bottle is on a table by a closed door.
4	Belvedere Courtyard Tent Medicine	None	Near the signpost and doorway leading to Via Di Belvedere. Enter the Blackshirt’s tent, which contains several pouches of Lira and the medicine vial. Distract nearby guards by tossing a bottle near the checkpoint booth.
5	Borgia Courtyard Rooftops Medicine	None	Near the Borgia Courtyard and Sistine Chapel. Climb the scaffolding in a chapel room under renovation and swing across the chandelier to a high window. On the balcony, look left across a gap to find a small rooftop with a Blackshirt guarding the vial.
6	Borgia Courtyard Medicine	None	East of the Borgia Courtyard signpost, along the street leading to the Apostolic Palace. In an open area with workers, a table on the side of the street holds the bottle.
7	Blackshirt Barracks Medicine	None	Found in the restricted barracks during the "A Savage Discovery" sidequest. Climb the scaffolding outside the barracks and use a zipline to enter through a window. The medicine bottle is to your left near a stairway down.
8	Sewers Medicine	The Mad Priest fieldwork	During "The Mad Priest" sidequest, use Antonio’s Sewers Key to enter the sewers under the Tower of Nicholas V. Swing across a cistern to a high ledge. At the bottom of the stairs leading to the Apostolic Palace, the bottle can be found.
9	Passetto di Borgo Medicine	None	On the southern side of the Tower of Nicholas V. Climb a wall near the stairs to reach the Passetto di Borgo leading to Castel Sant’Angelo. The bottle is at the base of the climb.
10	Apostolic Palace Entrance Medicine	None	At the Apostolic Palace’s main entrance, past the Sistine Chapel. Navigate through Blackshirt guards or use an alternate route. The bottle is on a desk in the middle of the room between the stairs.
11	Ventura’s Office Medicine	None	On the top floor of the Apostolic Palace, in Ventura’s Office. Either fight past guards or swing to the balcony via scaffolding in the Excavation Yard. The medicine bottle is next to a large bookcase.
12	Excavation Yard Medicine	None	In the Excavation Yard outside the Apostolic Palace, part of the "A Savage Discovery" fieldwork. The bottle is inside the main shack on a small bench by a locker.
13	Washing Tent Medicine	Meet Gina	After escaping the Underworld tombs and meeting Gina, use a zipline on the balcony to reach a rooftop across a chain fence. Drop through a gap to the Washing Tent. The medicine vial is near the Blackshirt Uniform on a bench.
14	Belvedere Courtyard Restricted Tent Medicine	None (Blackshirt Uniform Disguise helps)	In the restricted northwest area of Belvedere Courtyard. Slip through a hole in the southern fence to enter the middle tent. The disguise prevents detection.
15	Blackshirt Barracks Locked Tent Medicine	Blackshirt Uniform Disguise	In the Blackshirt Barracks west of Belvedere Courtyard. Use the Blackshirt Key to open a locked tent. The medicine bottle is inside.
