To begin the quest, locate Omar near the northwest corner of the restricted area surrounding the Funerary Temple of Khentkawes I. You can find him south of the meteorological station. Under Omar’s tent, grab the Khetkawes Dig Map from a desk with three canopic jars. This map will help you navigate the area.

Since the dig site is a restricted area, progress the Idol of Ra main quest until you acquire the Wehrmacht key and uniform. These items will help you blend in with the Nazis and you won’t have to fight them.

Head to the center of the dig site to find the elevator. Beside it, you’ll find a yellow generator with red and blue cables running from it. To power up the elevator, you must activate both cables.

Follow the red cable into a large room with wooden scaffolding. Walk across the room, go up some steps, and move around the upper level to reconnect with the cable at a landing area. Here, you’ll find a switch to pull. Follow the cable further across the scaffolding to exit the room.

Next, follow the blue cable into a flooded room. Swim through the hole in the wall and continue to the next room. Climb the scaffolding on the right side of the room to locate and pull the switch. Exit through the gate at the far-left corner.

Proceed through the tomb until you find a large room with an ancient Egyptian mural on the back wall. The mural has three holes for the stone glyphs. Your first task is to locate these glyphs in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.

The Snake Stone can be found as you enter the room, next to the Dig Report note on the desk to the left. The Fish Stone is on the table to the right, just opposite the Snake Stone. You can find the Falcon Stone on the floor in front of the mural.

Insert the stones into the correct slots based on the air, land, and sea pattern depicted on the mural:

  • Falcon: Top slot
  • Snake: Middle slot
  • Fish: Bottom slot

After placing the glyphs, the eye at the top of the mural will shine a light on a fragile wall. Grab a sledgehammer from the room and smash the wall. Crawl through the gap to enter a hidden chamber containing the Light Stele.

Use the elevator to return to the surface and report your findings to Omar. He will suggest delivering the Light Stele to Nawal or the delivery boy for the “Belongs in a Museum” side quest. Completing the quest earns you 375 Adventure Points in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.
