How to find and solve the House of God mystery in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle

To begin the House of God Mystery, you will first need to find the Basilica Puzzle Box. Head to the Borgia Courtyard and enter the building guarded by soldiers to find the puzzle. Climb using the scaffoldings on the left to reach the Apostolic Palace. Once you reach the first courtyard, look to your left and you will find more scaffolding. This one has a fascist soldier sitting on it.

Use the scaffolding to climb further until you reach the next courtyard. Then proceed through the open window to find the Basilica Puzzle Box. Interact with the miniature Basilica model and pick up the Cleaning Note on top to activate the puzzle and initiate the mystery.

The Basilica Puzzle is controlled by a central lever that can be pushed left or right, unlocking various compartments. To solve it, follow this sequence:

Step 1: Unlock the Relief Medallion

Push the lever to the right to unlock the left compartment. Open it and retrieve the Relief Medallion.

Step 2: Use the Medallion to Unlock the Golden Chalice

Next, push the lever to the left. This will unlock the right compartment. Place the Relief Medallion in the slot found there. This action opens another secret compartment on the left, where you can retrieve the Golden Chalice.

Step 3: Complete the Puzzle

Finally, place the Golden Chalice in the center of the Basilica Puzzle box. This opens the front compartment, where you’ll find the Vatican Relics Journal.

Completing the House of God Mystery offers several rewards. The Vatican Relics Journal reveals the locations of hidden artifacts scattered throughout Vatican City, allowing you to continue your exploration. On top of this, you earn 100 Adventure Points (EXP), which can be used to unlock new skills from your adventure books.
