In Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, players are put into the shoes of Indiana Jones, as he travels worldwide in search of ancient relics and artifacts. His endeavors take him to places, such as The Vatican, Egypt, Shanghai, Thailand (called Sukhothai in the game), and many more. Some quests may even require him to travel to various places in search of clues to puzzles. One such instance is the Serpent's Chest mystery.
Though found in Sukhothai, finding keys to the locked chest will require you to travel to three separate locations. Below is a guide on unlocking the box and finding all the keys.

Completing the Serpent’s Chest mystery in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle
The Serpent's Chest is found in Sukhothai within Voss' camp at the location outlined below.
Additionally, beside it, you will find a letter from Voss explaining the method to unlock this chest, which requires three keys scattered across various parts of the map. Every key's location will be marked on the map once you reach the area it is found in.
Below is a guide to finding the key for each location.
The Vatican key
The Vatican key is found in a small room underneath the Excavation site.
Head to the Excavation site and make your way down. Once at the bottom, head through the hole in the wall just behind you. Proceed through the passage and turn right to climb down the staircase. Continue following the path until you reach the room with a large hole in the floor.
Jump into it, and swim through the open door. Follow it until you reach the large room. Head through the gap in the wall. Once you reach a platform, shimmy your way through the break in the wall. Head through the door on the left, and reach the other end of the room with the open doorway.
Follow the path until you reach some wooden planks leading down. Head through the small hole on the right to reach the area. Now, jump into the water and swim toward the wall, following the marker. While underwater, you will notice a break in the wall in the marker's direction.
Head through it and equip the rebreather. Move the wooden piece blocking your way and reach the room with the key.
The Gizeh key
The Gizeh key can be found near the tomb of Khentkawes.
Head to the dig site, near the place where you activated the elevator during the Secret of the Queen Mother fieldwork. Go past the entrances with the warning signs, and climb up the staircase at the right end of the room.
Once above, head through the first doorway on the left to reach an area where you can see water below you. Jump in and equip the rebreather. Go through the large opening in the wall, and then through the small gap found on the right. You will have to move a log to do so.
Swim through it, and waiting for you will be the Gizeh key.
The Shanghai key
The Shanghai key may just be the easiest to find out of the three.
Reach the location of the crashed plane, and pull up the map when in the area with a small broken bridge going over a water body. Notice the direction of the marker and head toward it. Jump into the water, and move the log blocking the path.
After going through the small passageway underwater, the key will be lying on the ground.
Once all three keys have been acquired, head back to Voss' camp in Sukhothai and enter them into the box one by one.
Rather underwhelmingly, the reward is a single ancient relic. You will, however, get 430 adventure points in total for completing this chest mystery.
