Surviving the Zone in Stalker 2 requires not just skills with weaponry, but also a steady influx of currency—called coupons in the game. The entire map is a desolate wasteland, overrun by dangers like poltergeists, anomalies, emissions, and immense radiation. Hence, one can expect to face a coupon shortage throughout their playthrough, as the only way to earn them is through main missions and side quests.

However, there's an exploit that makes it extremely easy to acquire currency and this has you take advantage of the game's trading system. This article features a guide on how to use the coupon exploit and earn credits quickly without losing any items in Stalker 2.

Using the infinite coupon glitch in Stalker 2

It is always advisable to create a save file before starting the glitch. This way, you will have a point to return to should there be an unexplained issue or bug that affects your playthrough negatively.

Once the backup save file has been created, head over to any trader on the map, like Hamster in Zalissya. Do note that this glitch does not necessarily work on all types of items. Some items that are known to work for this exploit are bread, ammo, anti-rad drugs, and liquids such as water, beer, and energy drinks.

You can try to use the exploit with items like guns and medkits, but the results might not be favorable, so proceed with caution, and remember to reload a save file if things go south.

1. Reach a trader, such as Hamster in Zalissya.
2. Open the trade menu, and place the tested items in the "Sell" section.
3. Select the "Sell All" option when prompted, and make sure to drag the item placed back into your inventory. You may have to place multiple units of the item for the "Sell All" option to appear. (This will also bring up an option called "Return All", but do not press it now.)
4. Select "Confirm" at the bottom of the screen, and then select "Return All" to have all the items returned to your inventory from the trader's box.

If done correctly, the items will appear in the trader's inventory along with yours, and you will have a method to acquire coupons en masse without losing any inventory items. Do note that due to its popularity and how it essentially gives you an easy mode, the developers may patch this glitch in the future.
