The Apex Legends Winter’s Haunt Milestone event has debuted alongside the Season 23 Split 2. Similar to most events in the title, this one also allows players to purchase various premium skins for a limited time. After the event expires/ends, players must wait for the skin to appear in the In-game store to purchase the cosmetics. Since Winter’s Haunt is a Milestone event, players can acquire additional rewards after opening a certain number of event packs.
And for those wondering if they should go for it, yes, purchasing the Winter’s Haunt Milestone event in Apex Legends is definitely worth it. In this article, we will discuss why you should get your hands on the Winter’s Haunt Milestone event.

Should you purchase all items in the Apex Legends Winter’s Haunt Milestone event?
Along with all Legendary and Epic rarity cosmetics, you will acquire the Bloodhound Heirloom recolor after completing the Winter’s Haunt Milestone event collection.
Apart from the Bloodhound Heirloom recolor from the Milestone event, you can also get the Hemlok Reactive skin named “Attunement.” The skin is a recolored variant of the Season 12 Battle Pass Reactive Hemlok skin, “Gentleman Baller/Scream Machine.”
The recolored skin, “Attunement”, features white-black colors with blue accents. If you missed out on playing the battle royale title during Season 12, this skin is worth adding to your collection.
As mentioned earlier, this is a Milestone event. Hence, players will be able to get additional items after they have opened a certain number of packs. Besides the Reactive skin, you can acquire a total of 150 Heirloom Shards after opening 26 Winter’s Haunt Milestone event packs.
Respawn Entertainment has never given away extra Heirloom Shards/Heirlooms from an event. While purchasing all items in a Milestone event is quite expensive, you should complete the Winter’s Haunt event because you will get to acquire two Heirlooms from it.
Since players have to pay a hefty amount of money, $500 to be precise (If you don’t get Heirloom Shards from a Collection event), to acquire a single Mythic melee weapon, you should not miss this opportunity to grab two Heirlooms for a discounted price.
You can use the 150 Shards to purchase any Legend-specific Mythic melee weapon or Prestige skins. Additionally, Apex Artifact and universal melee weapons can also be purchased with the Shards.
