Skills overview of Isolde in Reverse 1999
Isolde in Reverse 1999 is a 6-star Support character who can inflict Reality damage and the Burn debuff on enemies. She can also reduce enemies' Critical and Reality defense for two rounds with one of her Basic skills. Here is a brief overview of all her skills:
- Twirling Melody (Basic Skill): It is a debuff skill that targets two enemies on the battlefield. Isolde applies two stacks of Burn on enemies when hit. If she is in the Interlude or Finale status, the skill grants her an additional Penetration Rate.
- Desired Freedom (Basic Skill): Desired Freedom debuffs critical and reality defense of all enemies.
- Choking on the Blood (Ultimate Skill): Choking on the Blood is a mass debuff skill that inflicts the Burn debuff on enemies. The main target takes 10 stacks of the Burn, whereas others take five stacks. Additionally, her team members get one stack of Rousing Morale. Isolde also casts Intermezzo as a follow-up attack. The Intermezzo gains 15% Incantation Might for every extra stack of Burn debuff on the primary target.
Seven Veils is the Inheritance of Isolde in Reverse 1999. Upgrading her Inheritance to Insight III makes her kit lethal. At Insight I, the 6-star Reverse 1999 character enters the Prelude status effect and inflicts three stacks of Burn to enemies at the beginning of every battle.
When the Burn stack of the highest enemies resolves at the end of every round, the remaining Burn status efffect transforms into the Heat status effect. After the stack of Heat reaches 15 or more, the Prelude status effect changes to the Interlude.
At Insight II, her attack gets a 5% boost after she enters the battle. Lastly, if she has 40 or more Heat stacks, the Interlude status changes to the Finale status.
Explanation of status effects:
- Intermezzo: Intermezzo is a follow-up attack that deals 50% reality damage to all enemies. Additionally, Intermezzo deals 10% reality damage for every stack of Burn on the enemies.
- Interlude: This status effect gives three stacks of Preignition to all allies at the beginning of every battle. If the Burn stack on enemies reaches six or higher, Isolde casts Intermezzo.
- Finale: At the beginning of every battle, Finale gives three stacks of Preiginition and one stack of Power Burst to all of Isolde's allies. If the Burn stack on enemies reaches six or higher, Isolde casts Intermezzo. The follow-up attack gets a 15% Incantation Might.
- Prelude: At the start of every round, Isolde gives three stacks of Preignition to all allies.
- Burn: The debuff makes enemies take 15% less healing effect. At the end of every round, Isolde deals Genesis damage equal to 4% of her attack (50% of stacks is removed when Genesis damage is triggered). The Genesis damage can stack up to 30 times, and multiple stacks of Burn are treated as one Neg Status.
- Preignition: The allies under this status effect can inflict one stack of Burn effect for every stack of Preignition.
- Power Burst: It grants a 25% damage bonus to all of Isolde's allies while attacking.
