Lava World event in Squad Busters: Details and rewards

The Lava World event in Squad Busters has been underway since the August 2024 update went live. It lets players enjoy battle modifiers and maps of the newly released Lava World. The new world features three new mods: Crystal Trees, Hatchling Herder, and Timeout. Additionally, it features new characters - Miner, Archer, and Leon - that can also be unlocked in the event.

After being unlocked, the Lava World will be available at tier 120 of the Squad Journey, but reaching that level requires a lot of grinding. Therefore, this event is a good opportunity for new players to experience and collect characters from this world.

Details

The Lava World event will last till August 21, 2024. For the duration of the event, Pancakes will spawn throughout the map. They can then be traded to the mini PEKKA present in the plaza in exchange for rewards.

Pancakes spawn in all maps, regardless of the battle modifier and world. Additionally, players can purchase the token from the in-game shop. 20 Pancakes can be purchased for 10,000 coins.

Pancakes can also be purchased by spending real money. The price will vary depending on the geographical location of players. In the USA, 200 Pancakes can be purchased for a price of $3.99.

Collecting Pancakes and exchanging them can grant various rewards, such as Rare Chests, Lava Chests, Common Chests, emotes, etc.

Additionally, after claiming each reward, the pancake count will turn to zero. For instance, if you collect five Pancakes and claim the Lava Chest, all the cakes will be used. For the next reward of Rare Chest at 10 Pancakes, you must start from zero and collect 10.

Therefore, to claim all the rewards, the players will have to collect 1500 Pancakes. The Pancakes spawn very often and it is possible to collect around 10 per battle.
