• Royal Ambition (Passive): Liu Bang gains one mark every second and using Basic Attack expends all marks dealing extra 70 to 140 (+10% Magical Attack) magical damage per mark. Upon accumulating four marks, his next Basic Attack becomes enhanced into a ranged attack. The enhanced Basic Attack deals 280 to 560 (+100% Physical Attack) (+40% Magical Attack) magical damage.
• Dominator’s Shield (Skill 1): It gives a shield to Liu Bang that negates 600 (+18% extra Health) damage for five seconds. After the duration ends, the shield explodes and deals 600 (+80% Magical Attack) magical damage to nearby enemies. Players can detonate the skill manually after 1.5 seconds. However, manual detonation deals only 50% damage.
