1) Mantis

Mantis is currently one of the best Strategists in the game and her abilities make her one of the meta picks for support players. Besides having some of the best healing abilities in the game, her utilities allow her to buff any allies' damage. She can also be a nightmare for flankers because of her Spore Slumber skill, which can be used to stun anyone for a limited time.

Her Ultimate can also turn the tides of a battle as she creates an area around her, which grants a speed boost and heals allies. Besides strong healing and buffing potential, Mantis also deals some of the highest damage for a support character, making her an invaluable asset to your team.

2) Luna Snow

Luna Snow is currently one of the best strategists in the game, leading to her popularity as one of the most picked meta characters in Marvel Rivals Season 0. Her healing is quite fast, and she can also deal damage if you can track opponents properly.

The reason behind her meta status is her Ultimate. Just like Mantis, Luna creates a field around her that can be used to either deal damage or heal. This can be used to counter enemy ultimates and keep your team alive during pivotal moments in a round.

3) Adam Warlock

When it comes to healing, Adam Warlock may be a bit on the slower side when compared to the other strategists in Marvel Rivals. However, his strong kit has made him one of the better picks for support players. The biggest advantage of bringing Adam to the battle is that he can distribute healing to the entire team with his Soul Bond skill, even if you are not in his direct line of sight.

Pairing him up with his fellow Guardians Mantis and Star-Lord is also a great choice, as he helps them revive once they fall during a battle. Besides that, his Ultimate can help you clutch a round by creating a field that revives fallen allies nearby, ensuring that they can jump straight into the battle. This makes him one of the meta characters in Marvel Rivals Season 0.

4) Moon Knight

The Fist of Khonshu is easily one of the most overtuned damage dealers in the game and hence, automatically one of the meta characters in Marvel Rivals Season 0. He is highly mobile, can deal significantly more damage compared to most duelists, and has a great ultimate that can be used to deny area.

His primary fire, Crescent Dart, can throw projectiles that bounce off enemies close to each other, making him rather deadly.

Moon Knight's damage, however, heavily relies on a player's creativity in placing his Ankh's. This will create an area where you will be able to bounce his Crescent Darts even more. His high mobility allows him to escape sticky situations, making him one of the best duelists in Marvel Rivals.

5) Iron Fist

When it comes to unbalanced characters in the game, Iron Fist sits at the top of the charts. While other melee characters in the duelist class have kits that can deal high damage but do not offer much in turns of survivability, this is not the case with Iron Fist.

He can heal himself, can flurry a set of fast attacks that quickly take out anything except tanks, and has high mobility.

A good Iron Fist player is a menace to the enemy backline, and can decimate snipers or healers alone, cutting off the essential damage and heal required to contest the objectives. Iron Fist is one of the meta characters in Marvel Rivals Season 0, and one of the units that definitely deserves a nerf.

6) The Punisher

The Punisher comes with a simple kit that packs a punch. He is similar to your standard shooter character, but his rifle deals high damage that is menacing in the hands of a player who can track targets. He has access to a zipline that allows him to quickly reposition himself, alongside a turret form that can melt enemies.

The Punisher's Ultimate is the cherry on top. While using it, he becomes a walking arsenal that kills anything that stands in his way. It is easy to kill tanks when he is in this form, making him one of the best DPS in the game. The reason why he is one of the meta characters in Marvel Rivals Season 0 is because of the high damage that he can dish out while still being relatively straightforward to use.

7) Magneto

Magneto is currently one of the strongest tanks in the game as he comes with a kit that aids in support and damage-dealing. His shield is useful in blocking enemy projectiles, and he has some strong primary and secondary attacks that can devastate enemies.

The only downside is the fact that his attacks are mostly close-range, but that makes him ideal for a brawl. He can also give a shield to one ally, which can aid in their survival. Often, that can become a turning factor in a match.

That said, the best part about this hero is his team-up with the Scarlet Witch. This allows Magneto to summon a sword that deals ungodly levels of damage. If you are a Vanguard player, you should try Magneto, as he is one of the top meta characters in Marvel Rivals season 0.

8) Venom

A list of meta characters in Marvel Rivals Season 0 will be incomplete without talking about Venom. His kit is catered towards diving into the enemy backline and being a nuisance that can distract them from providing essential support to tanks.

He is extremely agile and has an ability that can instantly give a big buff to his shields. This ability allows him to smoothly dive into the heat of the battle and safely retreat after getting a kill or two. This cements his place as one of the meta characters in Marvel Rivals Season 0.

9) Peni Parker

Peni Parker is an excellent Vanguard for holding down the fort, leading to her inclusion in our list of meta characters in Marvel Rivals Season 0. Her Spider Nests allow her to set up an area where she can trap players and easily cut off flankers like Psylocke. While her primary fire deals a lot of damage, she also has an ability that can be used to stun opponents every few seconds.

Using her Ultimate can help you push back players and lay mines in a large area, denying enemies access to the objectives. She is simple to play, yet excels at what she does. This makes her one of the best Vanguards in the game and one of the meta characters in Marvel Rivals Season 0.
