Brigitta becomes available as a follower from the date 06/12, just after you begin the "Necromancer Take Down" main quest. You will find her in front of the Igniter Shop on Sunlumeo Street in Grand Trad. However, even if she is available, you won't be able to start her bond progression if you haven't met the prerequisites.

To unlock Brigitta, you'll need to reach Wisdom Rank: Informed, which you can achieve by sightseeing on a nearby bench. This process typically requires at least four sessions or two in-game days. Additionally, you must complete Brigitta's side quest, A Bullish Embargo, which involves taking down the optional boss Guptauros in Belega Corridor.
