Talk to Classy Woman and she will request you to bring her a dish that can improve the mood of the townfolk. She suggests that only a dish with Mellow Milk can do it.

The only dish that matches her demands is the Loaf of Benevolent Bread. You will need to bake it and bring it back to the lady to complete the quest. 2. Mellow Milk – Head over to Throughfare Square in Martira and find the Spirited Water Merchant to purchase Mellow Milk.
3. Orgo Sugar – You'll need to take a trip to the village of Komero in the Gauntlet Runner. Once you're there, buy Orgo Sugar from the general store.
