Miasma Chronicles, on the other hand, creates its world—an almost post-apocalyptic America divided between people, machines, and a "savage force known only as the 'Miasma.'"
What happens in Miasma Chronicles?
Miasma Chronicles puts you as Elvis Presley in Sedentary, a mining hamlet cast amid the riches of a broken America. Elvis is given a glove after being abandoned by his mother and placed in the care of a robotic brother. This strange object allegedly permits him to control the Miasma, a violent entity that wreaks devastation on the earth and all its inhabitants.
In a desperate attempt to uncover answers, Elvis and his adopted brother set out to secure a solution that may “change the course of human history forever.” In The Bearded Ladies' words: “In the not-too-distant future. America has been torn apart by a savage force known only as the ‘Miasma’,” the blurb reads in part.
“Meet Elvis, a young man brought to the mining town of Sedentary as a baby. Left by his mother in the care of a robotic older ‘brother’ and given a mysterious glove with which he can control the Miasma.”
Miasma Chronicles Gameplay
Miasma Chronicles will incorporate real-time exploration, tactical turn-based fighting, and RPG features. According to the rules, players can improve their weapons and talents to gain combat advantage.
