How to obtain Miquella's Great Rune in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree

Miquella's Great Rune maintains nothing but the ability to resist charms for players. Great Runes in Elden Ring are unique treasures dropped by Demigod Bosses that can be used to get powerful passive bonuses. This completely new Great Rune can be obtained in the Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.

The in-game description states that Miquella renounced this Great Rune. Broken and deprived of its bounty, it retains only the ability to withstand charms. It's said that Miquella headed for the tower that was wrapped in gloom, forsaking everything including his golden flesh, blinding might, and even his fate. And all of this was to attempt to bury the original sin. To embrace it all and become a new god reborn.

Where to obtain Miquella's Great Rune in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree

Step 1) Locate and reach Bonny village southeast of Moorth Ruins Site of Grace in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.

Step 2) Locate and reach the Bridge leading to the village site of grace on the eastern side of Bonny village.

Step 3) Go to the Church District Highroad site of grace northwest from here. Upon reaching it, head toward the entrance of the Church District.

Step 4) From the Church District Highroad entrance traverse the rooftops and reach the Sunken Chapel where the water drain puzzle is. Here, turn the level to the outer edge of the cliff to trigger a cutscene and then head down the ladders. Here, you will find the Sunken Chapel site of grace.

Step 5) From here, head toward the Tree Worship Passage site of grace. To reach it, first go through a desolate church where a few fiery adversaries will be crawling. Run past them to reach a big chamber with a door down a few steps near the main hall. You will find a lift on the other side of the door. Activate it to go down.

Step 6) After reaching the Tree Worship Passage site of grace, head down through the tunnel and cross the wooden bridge. You will come across another church with a statue near the end and an item "Iris of Grace" near the foot of the statue. Grab it and head down the stairs on the left of the statue from the direction you came in. You will find the Tree Worship Sanctum site of grace.

Step 7) Now, right outside the doorway will be a boss named Scadutree Avatar. Beat this boss to gain the Miquella's Great Rune in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.
