With the Honkai Star Rail 2.4 patch on its last legs, X user @hxg_diluc revealed the most-picked characters with their pick rate percentage in the Memory of Chaos activity. This stat shows which units players have used the most in order to clear the activity and earn its rewards.

Since the game mode is one of the most challenging ones out there, the best-suited characters are likely to stay on top of the list. With that being said, let’s take a look at the most popular characters for the Honkai Star Rail 2.4 Memory of Chaos activity.

The top 10 most picked characters in the Honkai Star Rail 2.4 Memory of Chaos activity are listed below:

1. Ruan Mei – 89.8%
2. Aventurine – 87%
3. Jiaoqiu – 81.6%
4. Firefly – 81.3%
5. Yunli – 74.1%
6. Robin – 71.5%
7. Sparkle – 68.5%

As usual, Ruan Mei is still topping the list with a whopping 89.8% pick rate. However, this isn't surprising since her buffs benefit all other characters in Honkai Star Rail, making her viable for any team composition.

Moving on, Aventurine has secured the second spot. He is one of the best sustainers that players can get for FUA (follow-up attack) team compositions. Moreover, his ability to grant shields to all of his allies while also unleashing follow-up attacks makes him a special unit.

Jiaoqiu started to show his dominance over the meta just days into his launch and has secured a whopping 81.6% pick rate in the Honkai Star Rail 2.4 Memory of Chaos activity. He primarily acts as the BiS support for the Nihility DPS characters such as Acheron, Kafka, and more.

Meanwhile, even though it is just fourth place, Firefly still has one of the highest pick rates in Honkai Star Rail 2.4 Memory of Chaos. This is also not something that should take players by surprise since most Break Effect characters are in the meta right now.

Yunli and Robin's pick rates being 74.1% and 71.5%, respectively are quite justifiable, since the follow-up attack playstyle is popular among players. The FUA teams can deal absurd damage in a handful of terms, making them quite appealing.

Finally, Sparkle, Huohuo, Trailblazer (Harmony), and Acheron make up the tail end of the list. Acheron is still an excellent unit to use against a group of enemies, and Huohuo, who had her rerun in the first phase of the patch, saw her pick rate rise significantly.

Meanwhile, both Sparkle and the Harmony Trailblazer excel in their respective fields. The former is an excellent buffer for the DPS units that scale with CRIT stats while the latter is one of the best supports for the Break Effect DPS characters.
