The reason this team comp is so popular among the players is because the characters have perfect synergy with each other. Neuvillette is a fantastic Hydro main DPS, and his allies complement him effectively to increase his damage output.

Furina is a great off-field Hydro DPS unit who uses her Elemental Skill to deal a considerable amount of damage. She also greatly increases Neuvillettes' damage using her Elemental Burst.

The damage by Neuvillette and Furina is further enhanced by Kazuha's ability to swirl the Hydro element, making him an insane Anemo unit. Additionally, Baizhu helps to maintain the team's vitality with his incredible healing powers. His healing works well in tandem with Furina's Burst to enhance the party's damage output.

The Navia-Zhongli-Bennett-Xiangling team was another composition that was favored by many players. This particular team comp was used by 38.5% of the player base.

Navia is the main DPS in this team, capable of dealing a massive amount of damage with her Elemental Skill. Zhongli provides one of the strongest shields in the game, keeping this team from taking damage during fights. Bennett is an incredible Support/Healer who provides a massive ATK boost and healing to the on-field characters with his Elemental Burst.

Xiangling works as a sub-DPS in this team who helps create the crystalized reaction for Navia with her Pyronado, while also dealing a respectable amount of damage.

Apart from these two teams, the most popular Neuvillette-Kazuha-Baizhu-Furina team composition has an alternate variation where the 4-star Cryo sub-DPS/Healer, Charlotte, replaces Baizhu. This Neuvillette-Kazuha-Charlotte-Furina team was the third most preferred team by players with a usage rate of 24.5%.

Charlotte is a great replacement for Baizhu for this team composition as she can synergize well with the Hydro element to freeze the enemies, and her healing is easily capable enough to keep up with Furina's buffs.
