MUTE Protocol 3 in Rainbow Six Siege is a limited-time event, which debuted with Operation Steel Wave and has been a fan favorite ever since. The R6 community anticipates its return thanks to its creative gameplay design and the unique rewards it offers via MUTE Protocol packs. Its third iteration, MUTE Protocol 3: Redux, was launched on July 10, 2024, during Operation New Blood Year 9 Season 2. It reintroduced the struggle between Organics and Robotics in a retro-futuristic set design of the Tower Map.

This limited-time event, which runs until July 31, 2024, sets players against each other in an Arms Race, a gaming format similar to Team Deathmatch but with an iconic and intensifying twist.

What is MUTE Protocol 3 in Rainbow Six Siege Operation New Blood

MUTE Protocol 3 in Rainbow Six Siege is an Arms Race game mode, where all players start with the same weapon. Each time they eliminate an opponent, their weapons change. In this manner, players must progress the weapon tiers until they reach the last weapon.

In the last tier, players will be given a golden hammer to break the Braincase and win the round. The first team to win two rounds will triumph. All of this takes place on the MUTE Comm Tower version of the Tower map, which is a visually modified version of the default Tower map.

After each round, players go on to higher floors. With respawning enabled and power-ups to speed up the action, Arms Race is a fast-paced mode that keeps the intensity high with lots of adrenaline-pumping gunfights.

The MUTE Protocol Collection divides Siege Operators into Organics and Robotics and includes three new bundles for Glaz, Brava, and Alibi. The first two are from the Organics group while the last one is from the Robotics group.

Four of the previous Robotics packages, Oryx, Lion, Vigil, and Ying, are still available for players to grab and have been modified for the event. Those who acquire all seven bundles of the MUTE Protocol Event in Rainbow Sie Siege will receive a special dynamic Memento MP5K weapon skin as a bonus item.

Players can log in to Rainbow Six Siege from July 10 to July 31, 2024, to receive a free MUTE Collection Pack, and complete weekly challenges to unlock additional rewards via packs. An updated Robotics package for Mute is also up for grabs.

Additionally, players can participate in the Twitch Drops Campaign to receive a free Kapkan skin during the event of MUTE Protocol 3 in Rainbow Six Siege Operation New Blood.
