In my opinion, the leader (the captain) is a person who enjoys the authority of others. Which will lead the team to victory and be able to support the team in difficult situations and be that very support for their children.

In order to be a captain, one must have certain qualities in life. Some of these qualities are given from birth. Some of these qualities need to be developed. For example, I'm pretty soft and can not walk on my head. I do not like to enter into conflicts and it is much easier for me to compromise than to defend my opinion (although sometimes I can rest)

I consider myself a good teammate. I think that I can join any team and try to maximize the picture of the person who drafts (as he sees it).

Coordinator Drifter and Captain are different functions. And these tasks are performed by different people in different teams. Sometimes one person performs all three functions, sometimes each performs a different function, sometimes the functions are divided into several people. Everywhere different concepts of what is right, and everywhere it works in different ways. The ideal scheme or equation is NO! Therefore it is very amusing to see how many people think about this, believing that their option is the best. And, as always, opinion leaders force their opinions into the masses.

I played with Vanya Artstyle, Clement Puppey, Akbar Sonnyko, Pigeon Pajkatt, Andrei PSM, Artem VNG. All of them were good in their own way and behaved absolutely differently.

At one time in the DTS when we only met with the National Assembly of Ukraine Dread Lost and Vanya ... we did not succeed! we lost a lot and we did not have one leader and captain. Then we gathered, and I suggested that the guys simply vote for who will be our Captain and who we will believe and trust with all our strength, and try to fulfill all his ideas as he sees them (no matter how childish it is sounded). Two were for Lost, Three was for Vanya. So Vanya became the "captain" of the legendary DTS team :) since that time we began to believe in all Vanya's ideas and follow them. Vanya suggested playing DotA as an RPG,

and I ran around peacefully collecting all the things on the DPS (+3 agi +6 +10) I had no right to collect something not on the DPS :) but someone was playing DAZLOM and collecting all the stuff for HIL, someone was playing with a tank. And you will not believe .... we won !!! We went four together on one line leaving one line without a hero ... and also won. And no

one tried to argue with the idea. And everyone followed one idea and believed in it. So there were different strategies and so Vanya opened a steep drifter and captain (except that he was also an awesome player, and everyone knew it).

Coordination in the game is performed by completely different players. These are different ideas and direction, in the game that the team chooses. What to do at one time or another? Absolutely all players accept such decisions. There are small solutions (where to approach to attack someone) or large (to gather for Roshan or for pushing towers) And some pour out into others.

Only victory is important :) and who and what methods it achieves is everyone's business.

Everyone can make coordination in the game, but the last word in controversial decisions is usually the leader (as is customary, but there may be teams at the top level without him, or with several leaders).

The drafter is also a separate role in the game. Ideally, of course, so that the one who coordinates the most and globally and the drafter were the same person. But this is also not necessary. Why one and the same? because Drafter usually has some kind of picture in the draft, and the team's task is to draw this picture in the game :) But different people can do it.

The main thing is to believe in the idea, try to portray it and prepare for the games together by bending one line! Here everything is also what I described above. It is difficult to do this when opinions differ. When in a team everyone pulls a veil over themselves and everyone wants to be a Miracle.

For the last 2 months, I've tried to take the niche of Drifting. I tried to become the captain of the team. I tried to coordinate more than usual (this did not work out very well, everything needed to be learned ). In the draft I got very well imprinted and learned a lot for myself (but it's still quite weak). Become a captain I got from the part, as I wrote above, it depends not only on my desires :) Even here I did not have many qualities, I tried to develop them as much as possible. And it was a very difficult niche for me.

Perhaps in other conditions I could get much better. However, I myself understand that I'm much better able to just fit into the role of a player and a great teammate.
