On Na’Vi Administration and His Part in it

I also saw stories that I was a GRAY CARDINAL in NaVi. That I am such a villain I manage the staff and completely build it for myself. I kick players left and right. Straight ultimatum of evil!

But alas, everything is fundamentally the reverse. For all of NaVi's existence, I'm 80% !!!! cases was against any changes. Starting from Serega Smail and Dima Lost, ending with Nikolo Lebron.

Sasha (Zero Gravity) once said that I'm very conservative. Maybe somewhere it's true, but in fact I'm just very attached to people. Most likely this is my big minus. It is difficult for me to walk on my head and very often I think of others more than about myself.

During the game in NaVi, I had a Mindset that any problem can be solved (or you need to try to solve it). And only if the problem is completely unresolvable - something to change. I was always for giving more chances to this or that player, so that it was possible to solve this or that problem.

It seems to me that it is the weak side of our CIS community in general, that when problems arise for teams, they simply choose the easiest way - RESAFL. And it always seemed to me that this is WEAKNESS!

So, I did not always agree with the decisions in NaVi about the change of people. But it's very difficult to make the right decisions, and I understood this, and I understand that NaVi always tried to choose the best option for everyone.

So I saw the thought that I'm so smiling and kind only in public, and in the team I'm super toxic and evil.

Then my teammates know better of course :) But I want to believe that none of those who played with me (who is now reading this) will not write about me bad, because no one has ever said such a face to me. Not all of them managed to become friends, but I always tried to make contact and be a good teammate for my own. Tried to help, support, and be a friend.
