On the Matter of Age

I often see "Give the Road to the Young !!!" Well, I do not understand :) how I block the road "YOUNG". If the player is strong (at any position) and even in addition young! it with arms and legs will be torn off in any top CIS collective (VEGA SPIRIT EMPIRE NAVI). And I can not interfere with it in any way.

But hell, even in this I am a villain !!! I do not let the young people go to the stage since 2014. And people who seriously think so very much. Someone somewhere on the broadcast hears some kind of nonsense and starts to spam it, while others pick it up.

You can certainly go smoothly to the topic of age ... but here how many people have so many opinions! E-sports is pretty young and there are practically no age players here. Why not? Yes, because earlier on this it was impossible to provide a family and ensure their future.

Now times are changing, and age players will be more and more, as in cybersport huge money comes. In my opinion, age is nonsense. The most important thing is the player's health, his health and his mood. The problem of age usually consists in changing interests and the appearance of other problems (family-related children, etc.). There are those to whom the game is slowly getting bored, and they are trying to stay afloat because it is profitable. But such an approach will never return them to the top and will not lead to victories.

I'll be honest! I pay 3 times more time than I paid before. In 2012-2013, we could not train and win all. Now we spend 40 days together on training camps and tournaments. Practically every day we play training games and play a lot of games individually. And when we are at home, we continue to play.

And no! I'm not complaining :) on the contrary! I get great pleasure from it. And I do not see any problems with age, except for BANAL Laziness and OTMASTICS before myself. Each of us chooses priorities. If you put DOT in the first place, and then everything else (walk, pobuhat, rest, travel) then no problems with age, I personally do not see. But again, how many people have so many opinions.
