Perfect World added a page where previous operations such as Operation Riptide, Broken Fang, and more can be rated on a scale of 1.0 - 10. The timing of such a question from the Chinese version of CS2 is understandably interesting. Moreover, the game added another section where, according to Ozzny, there's a sentence that roughly translates to:

"Big action? Tomorrow"

This can be loosely interpreted as a hint towards a new operation dropping the next day.

The post by the leaker was uploaded on June 24, 2024, implying June 25 to be the day in question. However, Valve has not hinted at any new updates through its official channels yet.

This hint from Perfect World may be credible, given the game was previously responsible for leaking Operation Riptide before its eventual release.

The hype around a new CS2 Operation was partially built by leaker sources like Ozzny who began uploading stills and videos from various workshop maps such as Pool Day, Mills, and Thera. According to rumors, these may be released as official maps in Counter-Strike 2.
