Conclusion
While this quest unlocks Liyue, due to the launch of dragonspine, a lot of players end up going through dragonspine to Liyue. The best way to reach there is to take the beautiful road in front of Dawn Winery, leading you to an outpost where you can unlock waypoints and witness Wangshu Inn for the first time.
