How the new refresh of the Reputation System in Rainbow Six Siege works
With the introduction of AI chat moderation in Operation Collision Point, devs have tuned this new refresh of the Reputation System in Rainbow Six Siege to take position communication into account via positive units. This will add to a player's overall standing along with the commendations they receive regularly after matches.
Negative activity or reports will be accumulated similarly via negative units that record a numeric value. Final player standings will then be recorded via a Negative Units vs Positive Units graph where the resulting reputation division will denote the reward or penalty that a player shall receive after the beta phase of the Reputation System ends.

Player standings in the new Reputation System in Rainbow Six Siege
Commendations for the last 100 matches played in Ranked, Standard, or Quick Match over 90 days will be recorded. Along with positive feedback from teammates, opponents awarding the "Worthy Opponent" commendation will also be taken into account for the overall standing calculation of players.
For one, two, three, or more positive texts sent in text chat during a match, players will receive units that will help bend the graph towards an overall positive standing for every individual player. This will then be calculated against the overall negative units in the graph that will showcase the final standing of a player.
