New weapons tweak patch released for Destiny

Bungie has offered a new patch to tweak the weapons in the game.

Destiny has been Bungie’s most eventful creation, with the release of The Dark Below lurking around the corner(check out more updates here). A new patch has been released for Destiny that changes Exotic weapons in a number of ways.

While many Destiny Exotics have seen specific changes for varying their attributes, the major change comes in the new upgrade path for the weapons. Bungie has introduced the Exotic Shard as a mandatory final upgrade step for all Exotic Weapons, and does away with the requirements of Ascendant Energy and Ascendant Shards.

The Exotic Shards can be earned by the players when they are dismantling exotic weapons , players can also purchase them from Xur for the cost of Seven Strange coins . Apart from these changes to the exotic weapons the popular guns of the game have also been modified.

The patch, which is available now, also features fixes for the Raid, Bounties, and numerous vendor tweaks. This latest patch weighs in at around 75 MB, and it has been suggested that the players should shut down and restart to apply the changes .

For now Bungie’s next big thing is going to be the release of “The Dark Below” that this due on December 9th we hope it delivers to the expectations of the gamers .
