Popular YouTuber and Rumble streamer Bryan Quang Le, who goes by the online pseudonym RiceGum, recently experienced a swatting incident during his latest livestream (October 14). For those unfamiliar with the term "swatting," it basically involves a viewer falsely reporting a threat to the authorities, often targeting well-known individuals.
While parked outside a fast-food restaurant, the streamer suddenly found himself confronted by a flashing police light. After he realized that law enforcement officers were approaching him, he was bewildered and said:
"A cop is coming towards me."

RiceGum swatted, streamer reacts after being confronted by cops
Swatting has unfortunately become a recurring problem for streamers. RiceGum was the most recent victim of this prank, leading to a situation where he had a tense encounter with law enforcement.
The streamer, visibly spooked by the approaching police, promptly exited his car. A couple of officers appeared in the distance to question him while another officer approached his vehicle and inspected the interior to ensure everything was in order. The cops, however, could be heard asking:
"Are you live streaming right now?"
RiceGum responded:
"Yeah, on Rumble...It's like a livestreaming (inaudible). It's like Twitch and YouTube."
The questioning continued for approximately 10 minutes before the streamer returned to his car and remarked:
"Yo, chat, what the f**k! Who the f**k (swatted me). Look at my hands, it's oily! I'm scared, I want my mom."

He then explained:
"Did you guys hear us talking? My food is all cold and sh*t. What's wrong with you? You're weird, bro."
He also conveyed that the police informed him that an anonymous caller had made a bomb threat in connection to the ongoing Israel and Palestinian conflict. He revealed:
"He said the Palestinian and Jerusalem sh*t, and they called him for a bomb threat. So they were like, super cautious 'cause of what's been happening. That sh*t is so weird, bro. I can't even stream."
