Brazilian club Alpha 7 Esports became the undisputed champions of the PUBG Mobile World Cup (PMWC) 2024. The popular firm achieved its first international title in the scene after losing several trophies by narrow margins in the past four years. The experienced squad dominated the Main Event as it clinched five Chicken Dinners in 18 matches.
Alpha 7 Esports earned a total cash prize of $467K. The Brazilian PUBG Mobile roster collected 153 points, including 82 eliminations. It looked impressive from the beginning and played exceptionally well until the very end. The lineup, featuring top-tier players like Carrilho and Revo, had a promising run in the Group Stage as well.

Japan's Reject also displayed top-notch performance in the Main Event and obtained the second position with 124 points, including 84 points. Its star player, Reiji, claimed the MVP award after delivering spectacular performances in the ultimate stage. He grabbed 33 finishes and 7182 damage in 18 matches. He was awarded $50,000. The organization walked away with $259K in prize money.
Tianba claimed the third position with 124 points. It boosted its ranking on the final day after a series of incredible performances in the last few games. The Chinese PUBG Mobile squad claimed a cash prize of $212K.
DRX, BOOM, and Talon were fourth, fifth, and sixth with 111, 108, and 106 points respectively. Vampire Esports from Thailand finished seventh in the event with 104 points. Team Liquid from Brazil and D'Xavier from Vietnam earned eighth and ninth positions, respectively.
IHC Esports, the 2023 world champions of PUBG Mobile Global Championship, had mediocre results in the PMWC, ending up in 11th place with 93 points. Its counterparts 4Merical also had an average run. Twisted Minds, a Brazilian PUBG Mobile roster, came 13th with 88 points.
IW NRX, who had a brilliant run in the Survival Stage, faced challenges in the Main Event and ranked 14th with 85 points. Yoodo Alliance also failed to perform well and finished 15th with 82 points. Powr Esports from the host country had a disappointing run, ending up in the bottom spot with 65 points.
