After Fortnite, Apex Legends is introducing a brand new mode similar to Call of Duty Warzone's Resurgence in the upcoming season. It is called Revival, and it will be Apex Legends' own take on the Resurgence mode. Previously, we have seen Fortnite introducing its Reload mode, which is also similar to Warzone's Resurgence. It seems like the idea of being able to respawn several times in a battle royale game has garnered major popularity, and just like Warzone, Apex Legends also wants to follow the same.

Read on to learn every new detail about the upcoming Revival mode in Apex Legends Season 22.

How does Revival work in Apex Legends Season 22?

According to the official description, the Revival would work very similar to what we have seen in other unlimited respawn-based game modes. As long as there is one player alive, you always come back if you die. There is also a timer for the respawn, and just like Warzone, there is also a limit. You'd be getting back to the game until the fourth ring.

Every time you get killed in a match, your respawn timer will increase. If one more player in your squad is dead, then both of you will respawn to the ground with the earliest timer.

To speed up the countdown, the living teammate needs to damage other players or knock down/eliminate them. This is probably the only difference that the Revival has with the Warzone's Resurgence mode. In the latter, you can also speed up the timer by looting boxes. It seems like Apex Legends is throwing more challenges to players to increase the game's intensity.

You will get to experience this brand new mode on August 6 with the release of Apex Legends' brand new season. This new season will also bring a brand new map called E-District and much more.
