The latest update in Brawl Stars has nerfed Moe, one of the most overpowered Brawlers in the game in recent times. This nerf was intended to address player concerns about Moe's excessive strength. However, the minor adjustment appears to have minimal impact on gameplay and has not met the players' expectations of reasonably balancing out the meta.
This article highlights the nerf details and explains why it is not enough to prevent Moe from remaining one of the top Brawlers in the game.

Brawl Stars nerf details
The adjustment Moe received was relatively minor and targeted his ammo regeneration mechanics. Previously, when Moe used his Super, he would regain all of his ammo upon returning to his normal form. The nerf introduced a change where, after using his Super, Moe does not regain all his ammo, but only retains his current amount - a small adjustment intended to reduce his dominance.
However, this nerf does not address the core issues that make Moe overpowered, as you'll find out in the following segment.

Why the nerf fall short?
The general opinion among Brawl Stars players is that Moe's nerf did not tackle his most problematic attributes. Instead of addressing his damage output or his unique invincibility mechanic during his Super, the developers opted for a more conservative change. Moe still retains his ability to deal enormous damage which is comparable to Spike despite having much more flexibility.
Furthermore, his Super enables him to outmaneuver other Brawlers by going underground, evading all damage, and re-emerging with a powerful knockback. As a result, the recent nerf has a minimal impact on Moe's overall potential.
What needs to change to balance Brawl Stars meta?
It is quite evident that Moe still needs further nerfs to balance the current meta. The developers should consider reducing his attack damage, which is unusually high for a Brawler with such agility. Furthermore, lowering his health from 6,800 at Level 11 to 5,500 would help reduce his dominance, allowing other Brawlers to have a greater impact on the battlefield.
