Clash of Clans players can enjoy 31 days of Unlimited Heroes due to a simple mistake

Supercell has just confirmed that the community has completed all the Clash of Clans Unlock Unlimited Heroes community event milestones and can now use the heroes while upgrading for a few days as rewards. The COC community has been immensely excited ever since the announcement of the COC unlock Unlimited Heroes event on June 24, 2024.

After a successful launch of the COC June update 2024, which introduced the Clashers to a new troop called Druid, Supercell decided to give away one of the most asked features to the community via the rewards of a community event.

As mentioned in the event's official video, the playerbase could enjoy using heroes while upgrading them for a certain number of days, depending on their performance in the Clash of Clans Unlock Unlimited Heroes community event. Per the title's recent X post, the players have completed all the milestones, and here is everything you need to know about it.

Clash of Clans community will enjoy Unlimited Heroes throughout July

Per the X post from the official Clash of Clans X page on June 26, 2024, the community has completed all five milestones of the Clash of Clans Unlock Unlimited Heroes community event. This means the Clashers collectively have gathered a total of 160 billion Dark Elixir in just two days since the event's launch.

Supercell previously announced that unlocking each milestone will add a few days to the Unlock Unlimited Heroes event's duration. With the first milestone adding one, the second milestone adding three, the third one adding six, the fourth one adding nine, and the final milestone adding 12 days to the duration of the event, the event will now run for 31 days in total. This means the community can now enjoy taking their Heroes to attack while upgrading them throughout July 2024.

Usually, the community event runs for around a week or so. The COC Unlock Unlimited Heroes community event arrived on June 24, 2024, and would have lasted until June 30, 2024. However, the Clashers worldwide complete the collection of 160 billion Dark Elixir in just three days. This shows how excited the community was to get the chance to use their heroes while upgrading.

Even the developer has stated on their official X post that this might be a record for the completion of a community event.

Has a Supercell mistake led to such fast completion of a community event?

While the community rejoiced in their record for the completion of the Clash of Clans community event, the developer, in a separate post under the official post's thread, mentioned that while setting a target for each milestone, they forgot to add an extra zero. They said that's why the community completed the milestone so easily.

While they mentioned they were happy that the goal was achieved, they will try to set the target correctly, so there is a real challenge for the players.

This started a small rumor in the community that this was a mistake from the developer that led to such a fast completion of the community event. However, since the official Clash of Clans X page is renowned for witty replies to its audience, this second post is probably another of those jokes from the developers.
