COD Mobile Summer Invitational 2024: Winners, MVP, and prize pool distribution 

The COD Mobile Summer Invitational 2024 concluded on September 22 with Filipino club Elevate emerging champions in the event. They received a cash prize of $28,361. The lineup dominated the Knockout Stage and won the title in emphatic style. Their player, KenDy, was the FMVP after delivering a top-tier performance.

The Knockout Stage of the COD Mobile Summer Invitational 2024 was played at the Chengdu AG Esports Centre, China. The event featured a whopping prize pool of close to $71,000. A total of 10 teams played in the Group Stage before eight sides progressed to the Knockout.

Elevate kicked off their Knockout Stage journey in the Lower Bracket Round 1 by hammering India’s GodLike in their first encounter. The squad then outplayed Stalwart in the LB Quarterfinals. They continued their domination, defeating reigning world champions Wolves in the LB Semifinals.

Elevate beat XROCK in a thrilling battle in the LB Finals and qualified for the Grand Finals. The team faced Qing Jiu Club in the Finale and won via a 4-1 scoreline. The squad didn’t lose a single match throughout the Knockout Stage and went on to lift the crown.

Qing Jiu Club had a strong start to this COD Mobile event. The Chinese organization also had a great start in the Knockout Stage, beating Stalwart in the first encounter. They then hammered XROCK in the Upper Bracket Finals but lost their momentum in the Grand Finale against Elevate to finish second.

India’s Team GodLike failed in their first match against Elevate in the Knockout Stage and were eliminated from the event. Team Vitality, another Indian squad, had an impressive run in the Group Stage but couldn’t maintain their rhythm in the Knockout. The club lost two straight matches and were eliminated from the COD Mobile competition.

The teams will now prepare for the upcoming World Championship 2024, which will be played in October in Atlanta, the United States. Many sides that participated in this COD Mobile Summer Invitational will compete in the prestigious tournament.
