Skyesports has released its CS2 esports roadmap for 2025. The roadmap features three tier 1 events and one of the tier 2 variant. The four events will have an overall prize pool of $1.75 million, which translates to about INR 14.68 crore. The tournaments will be a great place for Indian and international talent to showcase their prowess in Counter-Strike 2.
This announcement comes after the success of the Skyesports CS2 2024 Championship, which was won by 3DMAX in Mumbai. Now, the organizer is ready to kick off an even grander series of tournaments.

Skyesports has revealed the four major CS2 esports events that will take place throughout 2025. Three of them are Tier 1 events with open qualifiers in regions such as Europe, North and South America, as well as Asia. As mentioned earlier, the roadmap features one Tier 2 event.
Here are the tournaments as listed by Skyesports, as well as their individual prize pools:
- Skyesports Souvenir 2025: Feb. 17 to 23, 2025 ($250,000 - INR 2.09 crore)
- Skyesports Masters 2025: May 26 to June 1, 2025 ($500,000 - INR 4.12 crore)
- Skyesports Championship 2025: Sept. 15 to 21, 2025 ($500,000 - INR 4.12 crore)
- Skyesports World Tour 2025: Nov. 10 to 16, 2025 ($500,000 - INR 4.12 crore)
The Skyesports Masters, the Skyesports Championship, and the Skyesports World Tour all qualify as Tier 1 events that will take place under the new Counter-Strike 2 esports roadmap. They will feature open qualifiers in the regions mentioned earlier.
Shiva Nandy, the founder and CEO of Skyesports, commented on the importance of these events, saying:

The 2025 CS2 esports roadmap is a testament to that as we will be hosting all four events in India, with global teams participating. These tournaments will not only strengthen 1 Skyesports’ position as a global esports brand but also showcase India as a crucial market for world-class international esports events.”
The schedule will begin with the Skyesports Souvenir tournament on February 17, 2025.
