Darren Watkins Jr., popularly known as "IShowSpeed," has stirred confusion in the online community after hosting a desktop-based livestream. On October 9, 2023, the content creator titled his broadcast, last stream till i go (Breast Cancer), leaving fans wondering what it meant. During the livestream, one of his viewers mentioned that their aunt (mother's sister) had been diagnosed with breast cancer.

IShowSpeed responded by saying that he was raising awareness about the disease and elaborated:
