EA Sports has released the EA FC 25 TOTW 16 roster in Ultimate Team, with Nicolo Barella and Trent Alexander-Arnold being the highest-rated inclusions. This lineup features the best players from the latest round of club football fixtures, and has plenty of overpowered names that can upgrade any squad on the virtual pitch.

Liverpool and Inter are performing well in their respective domestic leagues. While the former is comfortable at the top of the Premier League table, the latter is firmly in the race for the title in Serie A. Both Nicolo Barella and Trent Alexander-Arnold had impressive showcases recently, leading their sides to glory and earning a spot on the EA FC 25 TOTW 16 roster.

The EA FC 25 TOTW 16 lineup has been released in Ultimate Team

With so many promos being added to Ultimate Team on a weekly basis, Team of the Week items have somewhat lost their relevance in the current meta of the game. However, the EA FC 25 TOTW 16 roster has some inclusions that can compete against Winter Wildcards and other special items, especially with the likes of Nicolo Barella and Trent Alexander-Arnold being part of the squad.

Both these players have previous special items in Ultimate Team. While the Italian midfielder has a 90-rated Thunderstruck SBC version, the English defender has a Total Rush item. However, their brand new Team of the Week variants possess the stats needed to be exceptional in their positions as well.

This squad has multiple players who already have special versions in Ultimate Team. Savinho and Joelinton were part of the Globetrotters promo, Alexander-Arnold was part of Total Rush, Reijnders received a Thunderstruck version, while Thuram, Chris Wood, and Barella had SBC versions.

While these promo versions are superior in terms of overall rating, the new EA FC 25 TOTW 16 cards will be eligible for future Evolutions due to their lower rating. Furthermore, Matheus Cunha's 87-rated version has some remarkable stats that will make him an exceptional striker.
