After months of anticipation, Square Enix has finally revealed the PC release date of its critically acclaimed RPG, Final Fantasy 16. No longer restricted to the PS5 to play the game, you can now also embark on the journey of Clive Rosfield and his companions through the lands of Valisthea. Final Fantasy XVI is all set to arrive on PCs on September 17, 2024.

Square Enix has released a trailer for Final Fantasy XVI called DELIVERANCE, which announced the release date of the much-anticipated PC port. This marks the end of the game's exclusivity on Sony's console. This also suggests that there is a high chance that Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is likely the next title in the franchise, set to arrive on the platform.

Final Fantasy XVI will be available on Microsoft Windows starting September 17, 2024. Pre-orders are already live, allowing you to purchase the game and add it to your library early on. The game is available via the Epic Games Store and Steam for now. There are two separate versions of the game as listed down below.
- Final Fantasy 16 (Contains only the base game)
- Final Fantasy 16 Complete Edition (Contains the base game and the three DLCs—Echoes of the Fallen, The Rising Tide, and the FF16 Expansion Pass)
