Twitch star Kai Cenat took to his official TikTok account to list the "most annoying bosses" in Elden Ring. For context, the New Yorker hosted a "100-hour" gaming marathon on Twitch to finish a playthrough of the Fromsoftware-developed title. After spending over 167 hours, Kai Cenat finally beat Elden Ring on May 17, 2024.
In a TikTok video posted on May 19, 2024, the two-time Streamer of the Year award winner discussed the bosses he found "most annoying." He started by listing Godskin Duo, found in the Crumbling Farum Azula.
Kai Cenat jokingly name-dropped Twitch streamers Case "CaseOh" and Felix "xQc and said:
"Your boy just beat Elden Ring, and I think it's appropriate to start listing the top five most annoying bosses in the motherf**king... coming at the fifth spot, we got the Godskin Duo: CaseOh and xQc, the most annoying people to god damn face in this game, bro! If you're going in this game with nothing, no grind, nothing, and a little bit of your level... these people are annoying!"

After ranking Fire Giant fourth, Kai Cenat claimed Mogh, Lord of Blood was the third-most-annoying boss in the game, stating that the encounter turns "boys into men." He elaborated:
"Coming in at number four - we got Fire Giant. I damn near quit. Quit... fighting this guy right here! Annoying! I hate him! I really do! I hate him so much. Number three - this is where boys turn into men. You're telling me you're going to take three of my flasks automatically and I have to be very smart with every move. Death after death after death!"
Kai Cenat placed Maliketh, the Black Blade in second place. Meanwhile, the content creator ranked Malenia, Blade of Miquella, as the most annoying boss in Elden Ring. He said:
