The upcoming Brilliant Fixation Warp in Honkai Star Rail 1.4 releases on October 27, 2023, at 12 AM, server time, featuring the “Worrisome! Blissful'' Light Cone. Being the signature pick for Topaz, it offers a powerful passive that greatly enhances her combat potential.

The Light Cone increases her CRIT Rate by 18% and her follow-up attack DMG by 30%. When she unleashes a follow-up attack, it further applies Tame state to the target, stacking up to two times. Each stack increases CRIT DMG by 12% when allies hit the opponent afflicted with the effect.

That said, Topaz’s Light Cone banner in Honkai Star Rail 1.4 features the following 4-star options:

• The Moles Welcome You (Destruction): The wearer gains a stack of Mischievous for every Basic ATK, Skill, and Ultimate unleashed by them. Each stack increases their ATK by 12%.
• Resolution Shines As Pearls of Seat (Nihility): After the wearer attacks an enemy, there is a 60% chance to apply Ensnare if they are not afflicted with the effect. It decreases their DEF by 12% for one turn.
• Only Silence Remains (The Hunt): Increases the wielder's ATK by 16%. If there are two or more enemies on the battlefield, it provides a 12% CRIT Rate boost to the wearer.

While the 4-stars can be obtained from various banners without a boosted drop rate, Topaz’s signature pick is available only for a limited time. It implies that once the Brilliant Fixation event expires on November 14, 2023, “Worrisome! Blissful” will not be added to the Stellar Warp.
