Honkai Star Rail 2.5 drip marketing reveals Lingsha: Release version and more details

HoYoverse finally lifts the curtain on another new face, Lingsha, who will be introduced during the War Dance festival in Honkai Star Rail 2.5 version. The new Alchemy Commission Cauldron Master is set to make her official debut on the stage of playable characters soon. She will be one of the core players of the upcoming Xianzhou War Dance story, alongside Feixiao, who was announced recently as well.

According to the official announcement, the new Cauldron Master will be the second featured 5-star of the Honkai Star Rail 2.5 update. She will debut as a new support in the game, with her role revolving around providing sustenance to the team.

Hoyoverse unveils Lingsha as a featured character for Honkai Star Rail 2.5 update

The new Cauldron Master of Xianzhou's Alchemy commission is set to become one of the new additions to the Abundance roster of the game. She will be of 5-star rarity and have Fire as her element. Her role in the game will be delegated to supporting allies by healing them and if the Lingsha kit leaks are correct, she will be able to perform Follow-Up Attacks.

The official announcement post has the following to say about her:

"She has a sharp sense of smell and often uses this to diagnose illnesses, as well as utilizing incense to calm the minds of others. She is adept at dealing with complicated social relationships. Though she might be fuming inside, her expression would remain calm and serene."

It is worth noting that she is also of the Vidyadhara race, similar to Bailu and Dan Heng, making her one of the long-living individuals in the Xianzhou alliance.
